We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, bank login or full banking details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment providers. We keep only a record that a payment happened: the amount, the currency, the course, a reference from the provider, and the date.

Tutors see information about their own courses and the number of students enrolled. They do not receive your contact details.
The AI Mentor, AI course generation and AI flashcards work by sending what you write to an AI model, which generates the response. We send the text of your request and the context needed to answer it. We do not send your name, email address or phone number.
Because this content leaves our servers to be processed, please do not type sensitive personal information — such as bank details, passwords, health information or someone else's private information — into any AI feature.
We keep a record of your AI conversations and generated courses so that you can return to them in your account.
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Traffic to and from Flowdiary is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed rather than in readable form, access to administrative systems is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication, and we apply rate limits to reduce abuse.
No online service can promise perfect security. If a breach ever affects your personal information, we will act to contain it and will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires us to.

Our team reviews each request and will confirm by email, normally within 48 hours. Your account and your course access stay active until the request is processed, so that we can check the request really came from you.
Your profile, your contact details, your learning progress and the content you created in your account.
Deleting your account cannot be undone, and it does not refund a course you have paid for.
